What is the Production time for my order? Please allow 5 to 10 working days after art approval.  Many items are in stock and require less production. Large orders and custom items may require more lead time.

What if I need my order quicker? Rush service is available on most items for an additional fee. Let us know what you need and when and we will do everything possible to get it ready for you.

How Much does Engraving Cost? Engraving is included on most items sold in our catalogs.  Setup fees apply on sandblasting and advertising specialty items.  We will provide up-front pricing before your order is placed.

Can you engrave logos? Yes, please see our artwork guidelines regarding logos.  Setup fees may apply for new logos.

What methods of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards.

What methods of shipment are available?  We ship UPS and FedEx Ground, 3-day, 2-day and overnight.

What if my awards arrive damaged?  If your awards arrive damaged, please call us immediately and retain all packing material for Inspection by UPS or FedEx. We will attempt to repair or replace damaged items in a timely manner.

What if something is misspelled on my order? If we make any error on your order we will fix it at no additional charge.  If the error was made on your part there will be a nominal fee charged depending on the item. Regardless of the nature of the error, every effort will be made to correct the item (s) in time for presentation.
